AI-native

An AI agent that lives in your foundation.

Built into the fabric of the operating system, Simply’s AI agent can help you achieve almost anything, anywhere, anytime.

Simply Ask opens from the Simply button on a candidate record. A recruiter asks it to use Thomas Marken’s latest call to update his availability and create a CV in the company’s branding. It cites the call, proposes two changes, and applies them after approval. A branded CV is then ready to download. Fictional demonstration: no records are changed and no document is actually generated or downloaded.

How it works

Your limitless virtual assistant.

Instead of clicking through your ATS to operate it, you can also just ask Simply to handle the day-to-day operations. Update a candidate record, create a task, draft a message, or even build complex workflows.

Your house, your rules.

By default, Simply’s AI always asks for your permission before making any changes in your data or data model. As Simply earns your trust, you can experiment with giving it more freedom.

Bring Your Own Key.

Simply encourages users to bring their own API key from their favourite provider. This gives you maximum control over your intelligence whilst eliminating any extra costs on top of your raw AI use.

The MCP server

Connect Simply’s MCP server to your Claude or ChatGPT account, and you can now easily control Simply Ask on the go, without needing to log into Simply.

What people ask first about the AI.

Can the AI change something on its own?

Not by default. Initially every AI change shows up as a proposal on the selected object. Only once approved by you will the change go through. Without that approval, the AI does not have the ability to make any changes.

Who can ask Simply to build things?

With or without asking Simply, editing your data model requires admin privileges. Simply respects user permissions and won’t do anything that the user themselves wouldn’t be permitted to do either.

Do we need our own AI key?

Although we encourage our users to bring their own key, by default we supply users with a key that we manage. This ensures everyone can get started with Simply right away without too much friction. As soon as you feel comfortable to take more control over your chosen level of intelligence and AI expenses, you can easily add your own AI key in the settings panel and from then on all AI traffic will be routed through your own key, and usage costs will be settled directly with your chosen provider.

Do you train models on our data?

No, Simply does not train any models on customer data without their explicit approval. You can read more about it in our General Terms and Data Processing Addendum.

See it run on your own fields.

Bring a CV and the object you want it to land in. That is the demo.
