Unified inbox

All your messages in a single unified inbox.

A single cockpit for all your written communications, filled with powerful features and supercharged with AI.

A LinkedIn message arrives in an existing conversation. The candidate’s positive reply is labelled Interested. Daan approves an AI proposal to save their phone number, then continues the same conversation on WhatsApp.

Every message lands on the right contact.

Simply matches on email, phone number and/or LinkedIn profile, ensuring that every message is either connected to the right contact, or filtered out as a private message.

Smart features

Turn contact replies into tasks, notes, ATS updates or meeting invites with a single click of a button.

One person, one chatbox

Forget about fragmented communication channels and enjoy a single overview for all messaging.

AI Supercharged

Use Simply AI for organising messages, drafting quick replies or summarising past conversations.

Simply knows what a reply means before you open it.

Simply scans every inbound message and classifies its intent, allowing you to create powerful automated sequences that adapt intelligently.

The unified inbox starts with five unread conversations. The recruiter opens Filter, chooses Intent and Interested. Only three unread, interested candidate replies remain.

Classification filtering

Easily prioritise your inbox management by filtering your messages based on intent classifiers. Start your day by responding to all "Interested" messages, and finish by replying to all the "Out of office" ones.

An intent-classification step is dragged into a workflow. Replies are classified automatically. The recruiter configures Not interested to send a considerate follow-up email, then Out of office to wait fourteen days and send another message. Both paths are saved. This is an illustrative demonstration; no message is sent.

Sequence automations

Use intent classifiers to guide your message sequences with clear logic. An "Interested" response can be handled differently to a "Not interested" one.

Not every message needs to be hand-written.

More than half of the messages sent in your average workday are simple replies or repetitive templates. Simply handles both, so you don’t have to.

In the email composer, a recruiter opens the template library, searches for first interview and selects Invite to first interview from the results. The first-name and company tags are already replaced with Thomas and Northstar when the template enters the draft, activating Send. After reviewing the personalised invitation, the recruiter sends it. Fictional product demonstration.

Smart templates

Create a library of templates with tags like {first_name} and {current_company} coming straight from your ATS. Deploy them in the moment or integrate them into sequences.

Thomas asks whether the role is hybrid and whether to bring his portfolio. The recruiter clicks AI reply beneath his message. A loading indicator shows Reading context, then Generating response. The complete reply appears in the composer and Send becomes active. The recruiter reviews it and clicks Send. Fictional product demonstration.

AI quick reply

Ask Simply to draft a quick reply to the most recent message sent, based on the conversation context and using your tone of voice.

Maintain full control over your messaging.

By default, Simply will never send a message without your explicit approval.

Push the button

Simply will generate a quick reply, but you still have to click the send button after reviewing it.

What people ask about the inbox.

Which channels can I connect today?

Simply connects the most relevant communication channels for recruitment organisations in Europe, and our offering varies per country based on local preferences and compliance. To find out exactly which channels we can offer for you, please reach out to us.

Will it send messages without me?

Not by default. A proposed reply sits ready for 24 hours and goes out the moment you press send. If you want to go further, you can give Simply elevated permissions so that it sends messages autonomously.

Are my connected accounts at risk?

No tool can promise a platform will never restrict an account, so our Unified Inbox is used at your own discretion. That being said, we’ve taken extensive measures to ensure platform compliance, including daily messaging caps and human-in-the-loop requirements.

What happens to messages from people who aren’t in my ATS?

Simply only connects conversations to contacts if a matching record can be found in your ATS. If you receive a message from a contact that is not stored in your ATS, then that message can be found in your private "unmatched" folder. From here, you can choose to create a new contact in order to save and sync those messages, or you can block them, to prevent private messages from a specific phone number or email from ever reaching your ATS again.

Stop drowning in a sea of messages.

With Simply, your team can massively decrease their time spent on inbox management.
