Corporate recruitment

Your hiring managers can see how their vacancies are progressing.

Simply gives every role its own pipeline, lets you decide who sees what, saves conversations to candidate records and takes care of repeat work.

Applicants for a Product Designer vacancy move from Applied through Screening to Interview. The hiring team sees stage counts and candidate status update together. Illustrative recruitment data.

A pipeline for every role, ready for your manager to follow.

Assign the hiring manager to their vacancy so they can open the board and see where their candidates stand. That saves you another round of status updates.

Every vacancy has an owner

The hiring manager is a field on the vacancy, so everyone knows who is responsible.

See where things really stand

One board per role, with hired and rejected as distinct final statuses, keeps your reporting accurate.

You decide exactly who sees which candidates.

Teams are separate records in Simply, and one person can belong to several teams. Each department sees the candidates relevant to its work.

All records, your team’s or just your own

Set read access for each object so each department can open only the candidates it is allowed to see.

Two teams, one account

Someone working across engineering and sales can see both with a single account.

Some fields stay restricted

Date of birth, nationality, gender and work permit are available only to the roles you select.

Every conversation written up before you leave the room.

Simply records the conversation and saves the summary directly to the candidate. Anyone with read access can look it up, even months later.

No bot in the meeting

Record online through Google and Microsoft, by phone on a connected number or in person on your mobile.

One mention keeps your colleague informed

Mention a colleague in a note and they receive a notification linking straight to it.

Describe the workflow and Simply builds it for you.

Combine triggers and actions into workflows that fit your recruitment process. Simply takes care of the recurring work.

Start with a stage change

Begin with a template from the gallery. Each step that writes or sends something waits for your approval.

What in-house teams ask first.

Can we publish vacancies with Simply?

Today, Simply starts when someone applies. Your current publishing tool continues to handle vacancies, and Simply takes over the pipeline, conversations, hiring decision and the context behind it. Your own careers site stays where it is.

Can hiring managers use it?

Yes. Add them as users in a team and give them exactly the permissions you want, down to individual fields. A manager can then open their own vacancies and candidates without seeing salary data or another department’s pipeline.

Does it connect to our HR system?

Through the API and existing integrations. Every object you add automatically gets an endpoint generated from the same model used by the interface, so handing over a new hire to your HR system is an integration you set up once.

Where is our candidate data stored?

The platform and database run in the Netherlands, and files are stored in an EU region. AI processing also stays within the EU, or uses your own provider key in your chosen region if you connect one. The security page explains what each covers.
